Do I need to be based in Cheshire?
Yes. We’re inviting Cheshire makers at this stage, so we can build Go Artisan locally.
Does my shop go live as soon as I sign up?
No. You can create your account and prepare your shop first. We review it before it is published.
When does my free listing period start?
When your shop is approved and goes live. The first 50 Cheshire makers receive 90 days without listing fees. Sales commission and Stripe processing fees still apply.
Can I use AI-generated product images?
No. Please use genuine photographs of the work you make. AI-generated images are not permitted.
